Morning Sess ions:

Emphasis on individual offensive and defensive skills

8:30-9:15 Breakfast

9:15-11:30 Station work

11:30-12:30 Free Time

Afternoon Sessions:

Emphasis on Team play

12:30-2:00 Lunch and Rest Period

2:00-2:30 Free Throw and one-on-one contests

2:30-4:00 Team concepts and Practice

4:00-5:30 Free Time

Evening Sessions:

League Play

5:30-6:30

7:00-9:30 League Play-Films

10:30 Lights out
